(Yield: ~ 12 cups)
Two (2) 9- oz. bags popcorn, popped (about 12 cups popped)
12 oz. vanilla candy coating
1/4 cup red sprinkles
1/4 cup pink sprinkles
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Pop popcorn in microwave according to package directions then transfer to a large mixing bowl.
Place vanilla candy coating in a medium glass bowl. Microwave for 20-second intervals, stirring in between each time, until melted.
Immediately toss popcorn with the melted vanilla candy coating then mix in red and pink sprinkles until coated.
Line a baking sheet with wax paper. Spread popcorn mixture in an even layer on the baking sheet.
Place chocolate chips in medium glass bowl and microwave for 20-second intervals, stirring in between each time, until melted.
Using a spoon, drizzle the chocolate over the popcorn. Let harden for at least 15 minutes then break up into smaller pieces.
Store in an airtight container.
