Mark Henderson always knew he would eventually re-open the Montgomery County trout farm his grandfather once operated. He just didn’t expect it to happen so soon. “Yeah, I had planned to do this for my retirement,” Henderson says, “but things didn’t exactly work out that way.” A two-story fall from a ladder in 2008 abruptly ended Henderson’s successful career as a commercial refrigeration mechanic.
