Cranberry Orange Sauce

Yield: 2 1/2 cups

2 14 oz. cans whole berry cranberry sauce

1/3 cup fresh orange juice

1 Tbl. orange zest

1 tsp. freshly grated ginger

1 tsp. fresh lemon juice


Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse on high until the desired consistency is reached. Transfer to a bowl and serve with other holiday dishes.
